We at PK Supplies want to ensure that you have the best purchasing experience possible with us. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with each order that you place. Should there be an issue with your order, we will evaluate each situation individually. Please note the following policies and procedures that are in place should exceptions arise:

Damaged Products:

If an item arrives damaged or is discovered damaged after opening up the carton, please contact us immediately so we can contact the carrier for inspection purposes. At that time, a replacement order can be generated.

Receipt of the Wrong Product:

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know what you received and include your order number, item number, product name and item quantities. You may wish to keep the order and have it charged to you or ask us to pick it up and exchange it for the product(s) that you ordered to begin with.

Color Disparity:

All color samples displayed are obtained from the manufacturer. The actual color of the product may vary from this sample. If you are dissatisfied with the item's color upon receipt, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund. Please view our Return Policy for further information.

Reporting Non-delivered or Damaged Products:

All orders that have not been received or have been damaged upon receipt must be reported to within 21 days. After 21 days, can not be held responsible for any such loss or damage.

Consequential losses:

PK Supplies, Inc. does not accept responsibility, under no circumstances, for any special, incidental , consequential damages or loss such as purely economic losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or loss of sales, and expenditure on alternative provisions. These disclaimers include, but are not limited to, economic damages arising from carrier misdelivery or delayed delivery.

Warranty Disclaimer:

Any applicable warranties are covered by the product's manufacturing company. is an authorized distributor of the products sold within its web site only and will not be responsible for any/all warranty-related activities.
