What is a Special Order item?

A Special Order item is an item that may require additional time to ship. Typical wait time is 1-2 weeks after purchase. Please contact us at 1-224-653-8181 for a more accurate wait time.

How do I change the delivery address if I'm not going to be home?

Can you waive the sales tax if I reside in Illinois?

Since PKsupplies.com is Illinois-based, sales tax applies to all purchases. The only exception would be is if you are a reseller with the state of Illinois. If so, you can place your order on-line, as normal, which will automatically calculate the appropriate sales tax. The tax will be refunded after providing your company's signed CRT-61Illinois Certificate of Resale via fax at 224-333-7070. This exemption applies only to shipments sent to the address on the CRT-61 Certificate of Resale.

How do I view my order history?

You can view your order history by logging into your account and clicking Orders. The "Orders" page is a summary of all of the purchases you have made at PK Supplies Inc. This summary includes the following:

  • Order date
  • Order #
  • Order status
  • Order total

The invoice of each order can be viewed by clicking the corresponding order #.

Is there a minimum order charge?

No. PK Supplies, Inc. never charges a minimum order fee. This way, our customers can purchase the exact amount of product needed to complete their projects.

What if I cannot locate an item on your website?

PKsupplies.com has access to many products in the industry. If you can't find a product, submit a Product Inquiry form or e-mail us at sales@pksupplies.com. Please include the products name, manufacturer and SKU when contacting us. We will respond to your inquiry promptly.
