Products can be returned for credit or exchange within 21 days of receipt of an order provided that the product's packaging is unopened and that the purchaser has been issued a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) from PK Supplies. Inc. The original shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable. Credit will be applied to the initial payment type that was used when the original order was placed. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchasing party for orders that were placed in error or for change of mind. Certain situations may arise whereby items sold may only be exchanged for other items sold on PKsupplies.com at PK Supplies, Inc.'s sole discretion.

How do I obtain a Return Goods Authorization number?
A Return Goods Authorization, or RGA number, issued by PKsupplies.com will be required for all returns. Please do not ship an item back to us without an RGA number otherwise your refund may be deferred. If you require an RGA number, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 224-653-8181.
Where do I ship my return to?
We will send you the ship-to address for your return when you are issued your RGA number.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returnable items with the exception of any Ammex products which is 30%. Any returns received by PK Supplies, Inc. after 25 days of receipt of the order, may be assessed a higher restocking fee up to 30% depending on the manufacturer's terms.
How do I prepare my package to be returned?
The item you are returning must be shipped back in its original carton and must be in re-sellable condition. It is highly recommended that you overpack the original carton for its protection. Please do not write the RGA number on the original carton. Doing so will disqualify you from receiving a credit. The RGA number can be key-entered in a Reference Number field when shipping UPS via Worldship, CampusShip, UPS.com or any UPS approved vendor shipping systems. The RGA number will then appear on the shipping label. If shipping via a UPS Store or Authorized UPS Shipping Outlet, please ask for assistance.
How do I ship my item back?
It is our suggestion that you ship the item back using UPS who is our trusted carrier. UPS Stores are conveniently located all throughout the US and can assist with proper packaging techniques. Be sure to ask for a receipt which has the UPS tracking number on it. Please note that if we do not receive your return for any reason, a credit can not be applied.
Your credit can take at least two weeks to be applied and will appear on your credit card statement. Again, credit will be applied to the initial payment type that was used when the original order was placed.
Are there any cases when a product is non-returnable?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discontinued items, non-carrier damages, some special or all custom orders, non-stock items or close-out merchandise. PKsupplies.com is not responsible for product compatibility issues. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance. If you are unsure if your item is returnable or not, please contact us prior to placing your order.
What happens if I refuse a shipment?
A refusal of any delivery will not prevent the original shipping charges from being assessed. Also, by refusing the shipment, any applicable return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please accept the shipment and contact PK Supplies, Inc. for a RGA number.
