Pecora 301 NS Non-Sag Highway & Pavement Joint Silicone Sealant - 20 Fluid Ounce Sausage

Pecora 301 NS non-sag silicone pavement sealant is a one part, ultra-low modulus product designed for sealing contraction and expansion joints, longitudinal, centerline and shoulder joints in Portland cement concrete (PCC) and asphalt pavement. Pecora 301 NS has excellent, unprimed adhesion to concrete, metal and asphalt substrates, superior weather resistance and remains flexible at extremely low temperatures. Pecora 301 NS reduces pavement deterioration by restricting surface water penetration into underlying base and sub base layers. This pavement sealant is a convenient, one component, neutral moisture curing system and is ultra-low modulus resulting in high movement capability. Pecora 301 NS is simple to apply with any standard automated bulk dispensing equipment such as Graco or Pyles. Pecora 301 NS is VOC compliant, does not require a primer and adheres quite well to concrete and asphalt. Pecora 301 NS aids in elimination of noncompressables entering expansion joints.

Limitations

Pecora 301 NS silicone pavement sealant should not be used...

• for continuous water immersion conditions
• when ambient temperatures are below 40 degrees F or above 120 degress F
• flush with traffic surface. Sealant must be recessed below surface
• for applications requiring support of hydrostatic pressures
• with solvents for dilution purposes
• with concrete that is cured less than 7 days
